How we ship
Every bar is made and packed by hand in Austin, Texas. Orders leave us within 2–3 business days. If a batch is still curing we’ll email you rather than let you wonder.
We post with USPS, and delivery usually takes 3–5 days within the United States.
What it costs
- Flat rate of $6 anywhere in the US
- Free shipping on orders over $40
- We don’t ship internationally yet
If something arrives damaged
Soap is sturdy, but post is post. If your bar arrives broken, email a photo to hello@earthandessence.me within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. Nothing needs sending back.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we can’t take back soap that’s been unwrapped or used. Unopened bars can come back within 14 days of arriving, in their original packaging, and we’ll refund the price of the bar. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong thing.
