The short version
We’re a small soap company. We collect what we need to send you soap, and nothing else. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email, and phone number if you give one. We never see your card details — payment is handled by our payment processor, which processes it directly.
If you join our list, we keep your email address. Nothing more.
What we do with it
- Send your order and email you about it
- Answer you when you write to us
- If you’ve joined our list, occasionally tell you about new bars — every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link that works
Who else sees it
Our shipping carrier, so they can deliver. Our payment processor, so they can take payment. Our website host, which stores the site. Nobody else.
Cookies
Our shop uses cookies to remember what’s in your basket and keep checkout secure. That’s it — no advertising trackers.
Your choices
Email hello@earthandessence.me and we’ll tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you’re in California or the EU you have specific rights to ask for this; we’ll honour the request either way.
